OBJETIVOS DE LA ASOCIACIÓN

El objetivo principal es reunir a las personas con las historias como nexo de unión. Estimulando y promoviendo la narración oral, queremos que la gente admire y desarrolle el arte de la narración.

Van stoel to stoel quiere ser una red que dé soporte a los narradores orales. Va dirigido a narradores, organizaciones, sectores como el de la educación y público en general, dándoles información, formación, apoyo y organizando eventos de narración.

Las personas, escuelas, bibliotecas y organizaciones culturales que tengan alguna duda sobre el arte de narración siempre pueden acudir a nosotros porque Van Stoel tot Stoel funciona como un centro de información.

Contamos con el apoyo de bastantes voluntarios así como con el Comité ejecutivo, formado por:

Siempre contamos con la ayuda de voluntarios, pero las personas que pertenecen a este comité (voluntarias también) organizan el trabajo.

TRABAJA EN EL ÁREA DE FORMACIÓN DE NUEVOS NARRADORES? EN CASO AFIRMATIVO, ¿EXISTE ALGUNA ESCUELA DE NARRADORES VINCULADA A LA ASOCIACIÓN?

Sí. Frecuentemente, organizamos un curso para principiantes y narradores con nivel intermedio.

Además, los días de contactos (una vez al año), apoyo/preparación a narradores, y a pequeñas iniciativas.

¿ORGANIZA LA ASOCIACIÓN ALGÚN FESTIVAL O CICLO DE NARRACIÓN ORAL? ¿CUÁL? ¿EN QUÉ FECHAS SE CELEBRA Y DÓNDE? EXPLICAR BREVEMENTE LAS CARACTERÍSTICAS BÁSICAS QUE DEFINEN AL FESTIVAL O CICLO.

Actividades:

- Formación para cualquiera que quiera narrar.

Excepto festivales, Van Stoel tot Stoel organiza todo tipo de iniciativas de formación. En primavera siempre hay un curso básico y avanzado de narración, e intentamos organizar algún taller en verano, y talleres especializados. Además, promocionamos talleres y eventos organizados por otras asociaciones en nuestra página web.

- Días de contactos para extender el virus de la narración.

Dos veces al año reunimos a narradores de todo tipo en un día de encuentro.

Cualquiera puede traer su historia y recibe -bajo la supervisión de un formador profesional- comentarios con sugerencias y refuerzos positivos.

- Desde 2007 Van Stoel tot Stoel organiza “bautismos” narrativos para el Festival Landjuweel, que se celebra anualmente en Gante. Van Stoel tot Stoel apuesta claramente por la alternancia entre narradores profesionales y amateurs en sus festivales.

- Otras iniciativas de menor calado.

En este momento estamos intentando mejorar la relación con nuestros colegas neerlandeses en los días de encuentro e intercambio de experiencias.

ORGANIZATION´S OBJECTIVES 

Main aim is bringing people together with stories in the middle of it. In stimulating and promoting storytelling we want people to admire and develop the art of storytelling.

Van stoel tot stoel wants to be the network around storytellers. It focusses on storytellers, organisations, sectors such as education and the people in the country by giving information, education, support and storytelling events.

Van Stoel tot Stoel as a centre of information Individuals, schools, libraries, cultural organisations…, having a question about the art of storytelling or just searching a storyteller can always knock at our door.

Except Festivals, Van Stoel tot Stoel organizes all kinds of training initiatives. There is always a basic and advanced course in storytelling in the spring, and we strive to organize a summer workshop or short, specialized workshop. Furthermore, we announce workshops and events organized by other associations on our website.

• networking days to spread the virus of telling

Twice a year we bring storytellers from all walks of life together on a meeting day. Anyone can bring his story and gets -under the guidance of a professional coach- feedback on the basis of tips and compliments.

• Since 2007 Van Stoel tot Stoel organizes a working telling hatch for the Landjuweel Festival in Ghent annually. Van Stoel tot Stoel chooses clearly for alternation between professional storytellers and amateurs in their festivals.

Van Stoel tot Stoel wil mensen samenbrengen rond verhalen. Door het vertellen te 

stimuleren en te promoten willen we dat de vertelkunst, -kunde en -cultuur 

gewaardeerd en ontwikkeld worden. 

Van Stoel tot Stoel als doorgeefluik Van Stoel tot Stoel wil zich als bemiddelaar profileren. Particulieren, scholen, bibliotheken, culturele organisaties, erfgoedorganisaties… met een vraag over vertelkunst of op zoek naar een verteller, kunnen altijd bij Van Stoel tot Stoel aankloppen.

Ja, via een jaarlijkse cursus (beginners en gevorderden), ontmoetingsdagen, coaching programma’s voor individuelen, losse initiatieven.

Activiteiten vorming voor iedereen die wil vertellen.

Buiten festivals organiseert Van Stoel tot Stoel allerlei vormingsinitiatieven. Zo is er telkens in het voorjaar een basis- en vervolgcursus vertellen, en streven we ernaar om regelmatig een zomerworkshop of korte, gespecialiseerde workshop op poten te zetten.

Verder kondigen we op deze website ook workshops en evenementen van andere verenigingen aan. ontmoetingsdagen om het vertelvirus te verspreiden.

Tweemaal per jaar brengen we vertellers van allerlei pluimage bij elkaar op een ontmoetingsdag. Iedereen kan er zijn verhaal brengen en krijgt – onder leiding van een professionele coach – feedback aan de hand van tips en complimenten.

Sinds 2007 werkt Van Stoel tot Stoel jaarlijks een vertelluik uit voor het Landjuweelfestival in Gent. Van Stoel tot Stoel kiest in hun festivals duidelijk voor een afwisseling tussen professionele vertellers en liefhebbers.

Op dit moment zoeken we veel toenadering tot de Nederlandse verenigingen. 

Op deze wijze wisselen we ervaringen en vertellers uit.

Vooral de wereldverteldag en workshop voor beginners en gevorderden.
